AGRICULTURE WORKERS FOR USA UNDER H2A CATEGORY

We are currently looking for candidates from India for USA - Agriculture & Cattle Farm Workers.

·  Perform routine tasks that involve the care of animals and crop cultivation.

·  Feeding animals 

·  Plant new trees and bushes and drive tractors 

·  Working in vegetables field.

·  Working in the agriculture and dairy farms 

Pref Candidates -

·  Education : 10th Plus, Not very highly qualified

·  Age : 18 - 40 Years  Male Candidates  Female can but just limited

·  Experience: Pref having experience in Farming / Agriculture / Cattle / Dairy Farm and should have at least Basic English skills.

·  Food : Provided Must with no cost 

·  Salary : USD 7.50 per hour or more USD 10.80 per hour depending on state

·  Working hours: 8 hours per day. One- day off per week/160 hours per month or more........

·  Accommodation : Provided Must with no cost

·  Medical insurance: Will be paid by the employer as per the labor law.

·  Air Fair: will be reimburse to the candidates with installments after completion of 75% of contact.

·  Job Category:  Agriculture H2A

·  Documents need passport copy with address, school certificate with date of birth and color photo with white background.

·  must have the experience in agriculture farming

·  Contract Duration: 12 Months Renewable to 36 Months

·  Workers spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21 are allowed to join them in the USA under H-4 status. Dependants are not permitted to work, under they personally qualify for a work visa.

·  You can enter the USA for temporary work and enjoy all employee benefits.

·  Yours dependent can stay with you in USA.·  You can freely travel in and out of the USA one the H2A Visa. 

·  We can do premium petition if we have need urgent workers and premium petition must get in 15 working days.

Processing Time: 50 Days, because India not in H2A visa program so company do petition for 1-129 then after 45 days must get petition for H2A visa, which must get the company and after the company owner must come to Delhi and candidate bring to USA Embassy for finger print etc. ,but do not have any interview and stamp the visa on passport and candidate must go to USA in middle august 2010 and start the work only agriculture. Candidate must bring along to his Indian driving license to USA because candidate can choose for drive tractor and combine if they can. Also company provides you Indian food so do not be lazy for work must smart. Must do not use any drugs. So the workers must work hard, live with piece, do not fight each other if any complaint the company can send you back your country.
